All creatures great and small

Our family has not been kind to small critters recently. First there was the vicious murder of a bunny last week, and then today I ran over a squirrel on my way to pick up Speck from Mother's Day Out. I did take our dogs for their long-overdue vet visit this morning, so maybe it evens out?
